Step 1 – Choose Your Vehicle

Browse our available vehicles and select the one that suits your lifestyle.

Submit your details and preferred pickup date, and our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange the next steps.

Step 2 – Confirm & Secure Your Booking

To secure your vehicle, we require:

• A $990 refundable security bond
• Your first week’s subscription payment (due on pickup)
• A valid driver’s licence

There are:

• No credit checks
• No approval process
• No complicated applications

Once your bond is paid, your vehicle is reserved.

Step 3 – Vehicle Preparation

We prepare your vehicle for collection.

In most cases, we require 2–3 business days to have the vehicle ready.
Some vehicles may be available sooner, and in certain cases, same-day pickup may be possible.

We’ll confirm your exact pickup date and time with you.

Step 4 – Sign & Drive

Before collection, we’ll send you a simple subscription agreement to review and sign.

Once signed, you can collect your vehicle from the selected location and start driving.

Keep the vehicle for as little or as long as you need.

When you’re ready to return the vehicle, simply provide 7 days’ notice.

We’ll complete a quick inspection, and your $990 bond will be refunded within a few business days (subject to condition and kilometre limits).
